Fixing factual details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours and service offerings can all be corrected. Send the accurate information along with proof, such as a link to your website or Google Business Profile. Once we verify it, the correction applies permanently and stays in place even when data refreshes automatically each month.

Challenging a score

Your score comes from a consistent formula applied to every business in the guide, so we do not change scores by hand. A dispute means the source data is wrong: your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary does not match what reviewers actually wrote. We check the sources again and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Your listing can be removed if your business is permanently closed, if it is a duplicate entry, or if it falls outside the scope of solar equipment suppliers. We verify all listings each month and remove closed businesses automatically during that cycle. If your business is open and in scope, removal will be declined, and we will explain why.

How fast we respond
